A Different Path Into Real Estate
I didn’t enter real estate through listings or sales volume. I came into it as an investor — learning the business from the inside out.
Over the years, I’ve helped close friends, family, and clients acquire income-producing properties across multiple markets by working alongside trusted local partners. My role was always hands-on: evaluating opportunities, speaking directly with listing agents, navigating negotiations, reviewing inspections, and guiding each client calmly through to closing.
Operating in an advisory capacity taught me something most agents never experience — how to focus entirely on outcomes without the pressure of volume, quotas, or urgency. That perspective shaped how I see real estate today.
I’ve chosen to offer my services at 1% (with a $4,000 minimum) not as a promotion, but as a reflection of how I work — selectively, calmly, and without pressure.
Because I limit the number of clients I take on, I’m able to focus on doing the work properly, rather than doing more of it.
A Few Principles I Stand By Because this is how I like to work, here are some key principles that guide me.
I’ve learned over time that doing great work requires clarity, focus, and healthy boundaries — for both my clients and myself.
These principles help me protect that.
I normally don’t work with close friends or family.
Not because I don’t care — but because I care deeply about doing the job properly. Keeping business and personal relationships separate allows me to stay objective and fully present for every client I represent.
I limit how many clients I work with at any given time.
If I’m working with you, you have my full attention — not part of it.
I prefer shorter listing agreements.
I typically work on three-month terms. If we’re seeing progress, we continue. If not, I want both parties to feel comfortable stepping away with no pressure or obligation.
These aren’t rules meant to restrict — they’re guidelines that allow me to show up calmly, honestly, and fully focused for the people I work with.
